-- We gladly exchange, store credit for full amount or if necessary issue a refund (see below for refund info) . Item must be returned within 10 days of your package delivery confirmation in unworn condition -

-- If a Request for refunds is requested a 20% return fee will apply (minus any complimentary free shipping and return shipping) (no multiple of same items are allowed just to choose and return).

We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, only one return is accepted per jewelry set, or earrings, or bracelet

--Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition. Merchandise that is returned in used condition will be sent back to the customer. --Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable

• Damaged or wrongly packed items will not incur any restocking fee, will be immediately replaced with the same item OR a store credit, and we will pay for both return and reshipping of the new item, if store credit or exchange is refused then standard return fee of 20% will apply *

• cancellations only within 24 hours, any order cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

• Shipping delays are out of our control please order with ample time at least 2 weeks or choose rush processing and send message if needed with a week- refunds will not be issued for late arrivals if rush / priority mail upgrade was not selected

We ship free (US First Class Regular mail, processing and shipping time varies depending on item approx 6-8 business days after placing your order.

US Rush Delivery (USPS Priority Mail) always allow processing time 3-5 days plus shipping time approx 2-3 days with priority mail
